The pick up time from your hotel is at 7:00am and the cruise will leave at 7:30am.   The boat takes about 2 hours to go up the Tonle Sap river, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way, including stilted houses, floating villages and the crops that are grown by the shore. Once we reach Koh Chen Island we will proceed to visit a silversmith and marvel at his traditional skills before taking a short walk through the village. After that we will take a Tuk Tuk to Oudong Mountain to visit the biggest Buddhist center (5,000 Buddha statues) in Cambodia and walk up the hill (Oudong Mountain) to visit the stupas of former kings(by Tuk Tuk). You will also have a wonderful panoramic view over the distant rice paddies. 
After this experience you will be ready to enjoy your lunch included in the program, as we then proceed to make our way back to Phnom Penh., from where you can enjoy views over the tree-lined avenues of the city during sunset. Then transfer back to your hotel.
